RECOGNIZED ORGANIZATIONS AUTHORIZED BY MARITIME ADMINISTRATION OF JAMAICA
In order to conduct classification of vessels under the flag of Jamaica Maritime Authority of Jamaica (MAJ) recognizes the following Classification Societies/ROs:
⃰ Non IACS members will be considered as single vessel authorization.
Jamaica is signatory to the major international maritime conventions and works closely with the Classification Societies to expedite IMO convention certification.
RADIO ACCOUNTING AUTHORITY
Any Radio Accounting Authority can be accepted by Administration of Jamaica.
