The structure of our unique multifunctional maritime center consists of official representatives of many convenient and stable Maritime Flag Administrations, as well as exclusive representatives of various Classification Societies (Recognized Organizations).

We have many years of experience in the field of maritime law and international shipping. Our employees are qualified surveyors and auditors with higher maritime education, trained directly at the Head Offices of the Flag Maritime Administrations in order to provide qualified consultations to clients.

  • Investigation of cargo damage, shortage and loss.
  • Execution of CASKO & P&I insurance contracts with flexible premium payment terms, reliable reinsurance and consulting support throughout the execution and validity of the Contracts.
  • Issuance of a bunker certificate (BCC 2001) in accordance with the International Convention on Civil Liability for Bunker Oil Pollution Damage 2001 (Bunker Convention) for ships flying the flag of non-members of the Convention within one business day after receiving the original from our office.
  • Issue of a certificate of responsibility for the removal of shipwreck remnants (WRC 2007) in accordance with the International Convention on the Removal of Wrecks, adopted in Nairobi in 2007 (Nairobi International Convention on the Disposal of Wrecks, 2007) for non-member-flagged ships in within one working day with the receipt of the original in our office.
  • Certificates confirming that an insurance contract has been concluded in relation to the specified vessel that meets the requirements of the 2006 Maritime Labor Convention (Standard A2.5, A4.2).

STRUCTURAL DEPARTMENTS OF OUR MARINE CENTER:

  • Registration Department (consultation, preparation and collection of documents required for the registration of a ship, yacht)
  • ISM Code / ISPS / MLC, 2006 Department (supervises the vessel in accordance with the requirements of the ISM Code and ISPS, MLC, 2006, document control, preparation of ISM Code booklets, MLC, 2006 ship security plans and assessments, conducting ISM / ISPS audits / MLC, 2006);
  • Technical Department (classification and conventional surveys, development of various technical manuals, strength and stability calculations);
  • STCW Department (collects a full package of documents in accordance with the requirements of the International Convention on the Training, Certification and Watchkeeping of Seafarers 1978/95, as amended, to obtain diploma confirmations from various Flag Administrations).
  • Insurance Department (Hull & Machinery, Cargo Insurance, Third Party Claims (P&I Insurance) for the vessels/yachts; Carrying out an independent investigation of marine casualties and incidents for Insurance Companies, Flag Administrations, Ship owners; Investigation of cargo damage, shortage or loss).
