Endorsements from Moldova
The Maritime Administration of Moldova endorses officers only. To obtain endorsement of diploma, applicants must submit copies of the following documents:
- Letter of request
- Certificate of competency and endorsement
- GMDSS (if applicable)
- Travel Passport
- STCW Certificates copies (Basic training, DSD/SSO etc)
- Medical Certificate
- Coloured photo (passport sample)
Upon receipt of readable document copies and payment, application is being processed and full term endorsement is issued.
