• Articles of Incorporation with a List of Directors
• Certificate of incumbency for the Company - both the Owner and the Freighter
• Notarized Powers of Attorney (if the signatories of the Bareboat agreement and the application form are NOT the Directors of the Company itself)
• Updated Good Standing of the Company
• Copies of the three main certificates of the vessel and their latest CSR
