Endorsements from the Commonwealth of Dominica

All mariners willing to work on board a Dominica flagged vessel must be endorsed. 
In order to obtain endorsement and seafarer ID-book from the flag, the following documents must be provided:

• Completed application form
• Certificate of Competency issued by the “White List” administration and endorsement
• GMDSS issued by the “White List” administration and endorsement
• Travel Passport
• Seaman’s book
• Medical Certificate
• STCW certificates copies
• DSD (VI /6-2), SSA(VI /6-1), SSO Certificate (VI / 5)
• Proof of seagoing experience for the last 5 years
• Coloured photo (passport sample)

Upon receipt of readable document copies and payment, CRA valid for 3 months is issued. 
Full term endorsement and passport will be issued within 3 months. 
Once verification has been received the certificate of endorsement and/or seafarer ID book will be issued.
