Delaware Boating Law Administrator informs all concerned parties that starting from February 22, 2023, the Delaware Boat Registration Office stops the registration of yachts that do not sail in Delaware waters and will no longer issue any additional documents verifying the validity of a current or expired Delaware vessel registration.
