The Comoros Maritime Administration ratified the MLC 2006 Convention on 18 February 2024. As a result, all ships of 500 gross tonnage or more must comply with the requirements of this Convention as of 18 February 2025. The certification and issuance of the relevant documents will be carried out by Recognized Organizations.
