SHIP REGISTRATION UNDER THE FLAG OF SAINT VINCENT AND THE GRENADINES

REQUIREMENTS FOR PROVISIONAL SHIP REGISTRATION UNDER THE FLAG OF SAINT-VINCENT AND THE GRENADINES

  • Application form for registration and application form for Ship Station License
  • Application Form for Minimum Safe Manning Certificate
  • A copy of a notarized or apostilled Builder’s Certificate or Bill of Sale
  • Certificate of Good Standing of the Owner Company
  • Permission to change flag or Certificate of Deletion from the Register of the previous Flag or Non-Encumbrance Certificate from the previous flag
  • Tonnage Certificate (for ships over 24 meters in length) or a Tonnage Certificate issued by a Saint Vincent Recognized Organization (for ships under 24 meters in length) as well as copies of previous flag certificates (Registration, Radio License and Minimum Crew Certificate + CSR).
  • Confirmation from the Radio Accounting Organization (A.A.I.C.) that the vessel will be serviced by this Organization
  • Confirmation from the Insurance Company in relation to the P&I of the ship (Third Party Liability, Cargo & Crew)
  • Confirmation from the Classification Society of acceptance of the vessel under supervision
  • Confirmation from a Recognized Organization regarding supervision of ISM, ISPS, MLC
  • A copy of the Document of Compliance of the ISM Managing Company + ISPS Declaration
  • Application form for CSR
  • Company Security Officer Declaration and Designated Person Declaration
  • LRIT Equipment Test Confirmation
  • Application form for obtaining DMLC-I
  • Application forms for Exemptions, WRC, BCC, CLC.

REQUIREMENTS FOR PERMANENT SHIP REGISTRATION UNDER THE FLAG OF SAINT-VINCENT AND THE GRENADINES

  • A Bill of Sale or a similar document confirming the Ownership of the ship owner. Such a document must be certified by a Notary or be apostilled (original).
  • Certificates of the Deletion of the vessel from the Register of the previous Flag (original or a copy certified by a notary).
  • Application form for Ship Station License
  • EPIRB registration form certified by the Company
  • Confirmation of the presence of the Unique IMO number of the Owner and Manager Companies (in case the requirements of the ISPS Code apply to the vessel).
  • Copies of the current crew list as well as all certificates issued by the Classification Society for the ship.
