YACHT REGISTRATION UNDER THE FLAG OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE

Requirements for registration a yacht under the flag of the State of Delaware as private property:

• Filling out the yacht registration form
• Provision of a copy of a notarized Bill of Sale.
• If the yacht was previously registered under a different flag - a copy of the current certificate of registration or deletion.
• If the yacht is newly built - a copy of the Certificate of Origin.

Requirements for registration a yacht under the flag of the State of Delaware as company property:

• Filling out the application form for company registration
• Filling out the yacht registration form
• If the yacht was previously registered under a different flag - a copy of the current certificate of registration or deletion.
• If the yacht is newly built - a copy of the Certificate of Origin.
