Palau International Ship Registry has amended its procedures for the submission of Applications for Exemptions, Waivers, Extensions and Equivalent Certificates. Within this context, kindly note the pertinent Application form A.012.
With scope of further enhancing the communication and improving the response time, all applications for Exemptions, Waivers, Extensions and Equivalent Certificates shall be submitted to the Palau Flag Administration, once the respective Recognized Organization of the vessel has provided it’s consent and verification of the applied contents. To this effect, all relevant application forms are to be duly provided to the RO for their proper endorsement, prior the Flag Administration to proceed to the review/issuance of the Exemption/ Waiver / Extension or Equivalent Certificate.
